Refund policy
At Sagee, every piece is crafted with care and we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalized pieces
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@sageejewelry.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges We offer exchanges for a different size or style, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange before sending any item back.
How to Initiate a Return Email us at info@sageejewelry.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
